July 3-10 - We still have openings in our 4, 6 and 8 day camps starting Sunday, July 3. The time to enroll is NOW. It is already mid-June, and we are finalizing plans. 

We have done the lodging assignments for camps starting June 26.  We  have few spots in our 2-week Super Gold Medal Training Camps and SuperGirl Camp.  We have a couple openings left in the 4-day girls camp.  These camps are closing in the coming day, so get enrolled now.

 The 4-6 day camps starting June 26 for boys are FULL.

We encourage students seeking a 4-8 camp option to ENROLL TODAY and join us July 3.

Our 2022 summer camp is at the spacious Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, PA.  We learn, drill, wrestle, and eat our meals in this super facility.  Wrestlers and staff will sleep in the nearby Altoona Grand Hotel and the Courtyard by Marriott that is attached to the convention center.  We have conducted our camps in central PA very successfully for over 20 years, and we look forward to helping your wrestler this summer, June 26-July 10, 2022.

 Resident Camp fee includes the overnight lodging and meals throughout camp, in addition to all of the learning, drilling, and wrestling. Most of our teen campers are resident campers.  Many younger campers are "commuters", who share a hotel room with their parents at the Altoona Grand Hotel.  Parents can reserve a private hotel room when you enroll your camper as a commuter. We of course also welcome traditional commuters who live locally. Commuter fee includes the meals at camp.

15-day Intensive Learning and Training Camp 

We provide world-class technical instruction, intensive drilling, systematic review sessions, daily live wrestling, and sports science seminars. You will learn and retain critical techniques, while developing the concentration, intensity, and commitment required to become a champion. We can customize the curriculum to fit your needs. For wrestlers looking to make a serious commitment to excel, there is no better choice than our Super Gold Medal Training Camp.

Designed for the serious teenage wrestler. The focus will be on hard drilling and live wrestling. In addition, you will receive advanced, small group technique instruction in the areas of your choice.

Kids Training Camp is a variation of the Gold Medal Training Camp designed for serious wrestlers in grades 3 - 7. This is a step up from the Future Champions Camp for the hard core young wrestler.

FUTURE CHAMPIONS CAMP

Designed for wrestlers grades 1–3 who have varying degrees of skill, experience, and attention span. We cater to the needs of both novice and advanced wrestlers, providing small group, personalized instruction.

Future Champions need to have a parent with them. Most first time campers in our Kids Training Camp attend with a parent too or at least a friend from home. 

We welcome parents who want to stay at nearby hotel with their wrestler. When you enroll, select the commuter box and also select private room. We reserve a hotel room for parents.

TECHNIQUE CAMP

The Personalized Technique Camp is specifically designed for teen wrestlers with little to moderate experience, as well as for experienced wrestlers who want to refine and expand their current repertoire.

GIRLS CAMPS

SuperGirl Technique and Training Camp - June 26 - July 10, for the serious teen girls.

Girls Technique Camp - June 26-29, for girls of all ages.

We have been successfully conducting camps for girls for over 20 years and summer 2022 is bigger and will be better than ever with many partners for girls of all sizes, ages, and skill levels.

Group of 4 wrestlers = $25 discount/wrestler

Group of 8 wrestlers = $50 discount/wrestler

Group of 12 wrestlers = $50 discount/wrestler and a coach can attend free along with meals.

For everyone in a group to receive the discount, all applications must be sent in together by March 30.
